General Terms of contract:
It is understood that AAA GOLD ESCORTS, Inc. is not the employer of the escorts introduced on our web pages. The escorts are working individuals, AAA GOLD ESCORTS, Inc. is acting as an agent only and assumes no liability for the escorts.

Discretion:
AAA GOLD ESCORTS, Inc, offers absolute reliability and discretion to their customers. We guarantee that none of the data which are necessary for arrangement and payment will be handled filed, electronically stored or used in any other way except for the purpose of handling the necessary transactions.


Terms of order:
Orders shall be placed at least 5 business days before due date. This includes a firm reservation of the ordered services. If you decide to order in a short notice, please send an e-mail to us to ensure that ordered items are available on due date. Or please call us.

Terms of payment:
Choose from one of the following payment methods:
a) Transfer to our corporate account.(please note: we accept payments 8 business days before due date at the latest).
b) Western Union money transfer: We will provide you with the recipient information by e-mail. We will ask you to send us the money transfer control number by return e-mail.
c) Cash to escort on due date (possible in Prague only).

We accept all common currencies.

Special arrangements:
If the customer decides to book a travel companionship outside the city of Prague, special order and payment terms do apply. Generally all expected travel/transfer expenses for the chosen escort have to be paid in advance. Down payment of 30% of the escort fee shall be paid immediately upon order. We are pleased to send you an offer by e-mail.
We do our best to avoid any inconveniences, but please note that AAA GOLD ESCORTS, Inc. cannot be held responsible for any circumstances beyond our influence, i.e. flight delays or cancellations. Unless otherwise agreed travel time (if not in Prague) is to be considered as part of the booking time.

Cancellation of order:
Any order can be cancelled by e-mail 2 business days before due date at the latest. We will refund your payments on any account you mention less a 10% cancellation charge and charges for cancellation of firm arrangements (i.e. flight tickets, limousine service, accommodation etc.).
